Return Policy
We work hard to bring you only the best dog products on the market and want you to be satisfied. All products, with the exception of toys and treats and Aviva custom dog beds may be returned within 30-days of ordering for a full refund if you are not satisfied. The cost of the product will be credited to your account, but not the shipping cost. Products must be returned with their original packaging and must be in "like-new" condition. Please contact sales@dogsinplay.com to obtain a RMA number and shipping instructions.
Manufacturer's warranties are provided by the manufacturer. If you should have a problem with an item after 30 days, please contact the manufacturer directly. Contact information for two of the manufacturers is listed below.
